PRAYER WALL

Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need. - Hebrews 4:16

Thank you for visiting Englewood's Prayer Wall and for praying for the requests below. We believe in the power of prayer to transform our hearts, lives, homes and beyond.

I prayed for this

Prayed for 52 times.

Asking for prayer for my daughter Meghan. She is currently in Nash County Jail awaiting court date on February 20th. She and her husband are heavily addicted to drugs.

Prior to her being arrested, they were living out of their van. Both had lost their jobs. They had pretty much sold everything they could to support their drug addiction. They have not had custody of their 2 daughters since 2019.

My prayer is that during her time in jail she will detox and be able to have a clear mind and thought process.

Also, my primary concern is for her to hear the Gospel and accept Jesus as her Savior.

I am praying for opportunities to be able to present this to her.

I was made aware this morning that Englewood has been doing a Bible study in there the past couple of weeks. Meghan states that she attended last week's study.

Prayer also for her husband Daniel. He is currently at Walter B Jones and will remain there for 30 days. He has been offered an opportunity to attend a recovery place in Wilmington at the end of his time at Walter B Jones.

My same prayer request for him is that he will receive Jesus.

This process of recovery will take a while and praying that they both will see the need to commit to extended treatment facilities.
