Please pray and agree with me for these things:
-for a pure heart with pure heart with pure motives
-for God to protect me in my relationships with others
-for strength to keep trusting
-for my CBRN training to go well tomorrow
-to be full of God's spirit, wisdom, and faith
-that God would take away heavy regret and pain
-and strength to trust I'm making a difference for Christ
-and for God to provide the right treatment for my health
-for God to help me have the type of humility the psalmist had in 131 and to quiet myself and bridle my tongue like the psalmist did in ps 39
-and for God to show himself to be strong and move mightily in my heart even in a broken and sorrowful state
-to be a powerful example of Christ in every season of life
-for God to protect my heart completely
-for God to work through my marriage
-for immense strength and peace throughout this week
-for protection from bitterness
-for God to give me discernment
